What is Fehwdos Farms? Fehwdos is a Ghana-based farm dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality agricultural produce directly from our greenhouses and fields to your doorstep. We serve individual households (retail) and businesses like restaurants and hotels (wholesale), as well as aggregators and Off-Takers.
Where is your farm located? Elmina, Central Region, Ghana. While our primary farm operations are located here, we deliver to various parts of the country.

How do I place a retail order? You can browse our available produce on the "Store" page of our website, add items to your cart, and checkout using your preferred payment method.
Is there a minimum order amount for retail? No, there is no minimum amount for retail orders. However, delivery fees may vary based on your location and the size of the order.
Can I customize my order? Yes! You can select specific quantities of produce. For special requests, feel free to add a note during checkout.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes, we offer competitive wholesale rates for bulk buyers, retailers, institutional buyers, restaurants, and hotels.

Can I set up a recurring supply for my business? Absolutely, this will however be determined by availability of the crops. Once your desired crops are available we can schedule weekly or bi-weekly deliveries for businesses to ensure your kitchen or shop never runs out of fresh stock.

Where do you deliver? Currently, we offer standard retail delivery within the Elmina, Cape Coast. We can deliver bulk orders If you are outside these areas, please contact us to discuss specialized shipping arrangements.
How long does delivery take? To ensure maximum freshness, we prefer to harvest to order. Our harvest Days are Generally Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. Orders placed before 6:00pm are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
How much is the delivery fee? Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our distribution hub.

Are your products organic? We prioritize natural farming practices. While we are not a certified organic farm, we guarantee that all our produce is handled with the highest safety and hygiene standards from Seed to Post Harvest.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (for verified retail customers).
What is your return policy? Due to the perishable nature of farm produce, we only accept returns if the items are damaged or do not meet our quality standards upon arrival. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery pics and vids of damaged goods must be submitted before a refund is considered.
