Welcome to fehwdos.com. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our platform, whether you are a retail customer or a wholesale partner. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Provisiona

• The Seller: fehwdos.com (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company").

• The Buyer: Any individual or legal entity purchasing farm produce (referred to as "you" or "the Customer").

• Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in Ghana.

2. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Retail vs. Wholesale: * Retail: Standard pricing applies to small-batch orders.

  • Wholesale: Requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Wholesale pricing is subject to a separate quote or a verified "Wholesale Account" status on our site.

• Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. Product Descriptions and Quality

As we deal with Farm Produce:

• Variability: Natural products may vary slightly in color, size, and shape from the images displayed on the website.

• Seasonality: Availability is subject to harvest cycles. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute or a refund.

4. Payment Terms

• Methods: We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), Bank Transfers, and major Debit/Credit Cards.

• Retail Orders: Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.

• Wholesale Orders: * For established partners, we may offer a 50% deposit / 50% on delivery structure.

  • All wholesale payments must be cleared before the release of goods unless a credit facility has been formally approved.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver across Ghana. Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and location.

Order Type

Estimated Delivery Time (Accra/Kumasi): 24 - 48 Hours Subject to Logistics

Regional Delivery (Central Region): 24 Hours

Wholesale Large Orders: Up to 3 Business Days Subject to Logistics

Note: For highly perishable items, we may restrict delivery to specific zones to ensure freshness.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Perishables

Due to the nature of agricultural products, our return policy is strict:

• Inspection: Customers must inspect produce immediately upon delivery.

• Claims: Any claims for damaged or spoiled goods must be made within 6 hours of receipt for retail and 12 hours for wholesale.

• Refunds: If a claim is validated, we will issue a replacement or a credit note. We do not accept returns on fresh produce once the delivery agent has left the premises and the receipt is signed.

7. Limitation of Liability

fehwdos.com shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect or consequential losses.

2. Spoilage occurring due to improper storage by the Customer after delivery.

3. Delays caused by "Acts of God" (e.g., floods, road closures, or strikes).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
